At Pacific Horizon Lending, we help you with two things, a deposit loan and/or bridge financing. That's it. We don't arrange mortgage financing, we don't sell real estate, we can't tell you what your property is worth, and we certainly won't provide you with legal advice. We provide simple, short term financing solutions to people like you. Although we don't have a robust product offering, what we do, we do really well.
